I've found some KOF XIII sprites from mugenspriteslover, Aggressor Sprites.

They're already done, anyone who knows how to code aggressors can make them info a char? I believe it's just a question of coding them.

I dunno, the purge made many Authors gave up, also there's the fact that many moved to other besides Mugen.

I hope for a revival...
