I primarily have only really searched H Mugen and the Mugen Archive +18 section, but when you sort by date there is only 1 character on Mugen Archive in the last like 5 years. Is there anywhere else I can look for more characters?

I am currently studying to make pixel art and eventually want to get to where I can make original sprites for stuff like H Mugen. Are there any commonly used references/tutorials/guides to making stuff like full body sprites for hentai stuff like this? I'd really appreciate it.
