How do you (as MUGEN content creators) decide which characters will be aggressors? It's hard to imagine MUGEN without Brian these days, but why would anyone choose him over anyone else? I think Tsunade from Naruto would be pretty bad ass. I don't think there is a 2D version of her as of yet though.
