I have seen his chracter around but no idea where is i dont mind his type(vic/agg/ver) just looking for one who is compatile with i use him so much i wanna try him out against other characters.Anyone know where to find him?

I cant find characters from this game but i see them everyone(vids) if they privated thats fine.
