Hentai Char Mugen Forum

Sorry to bother you, but what do we do with it? How do we install? Which folder are these files meant for?

I'll admit my initial impression of this build is pretty much the same. How is language selection handled? I figured there must be some kind of language option under "mugen.cfg" but that's clearly not it. Multilingual support is hinted at for Mugen so I'm also curious as to where to begin.
