The def file is actually saber_nit.def, so you'll need to rename the folder to saber_nit and the entry in the select file to saber_nit. Why people don't name the folder after the character's def file when they zip it up is still a mystery to me.

For anyone else wondering, you can just find the generic version of mugen 1.1 elsewhere and just install whatever screenpack you'd like and it will work just fine. It took a little figuring out on my end, but that's what I did.

Install the character like you normally would, but you need to rename the folder to just 'blair'. This should match with the name of the .def file.
