Title - been flip flopping between Android using MUGEN 1.1 and an Old Surface that can run Ikmen. I've been using Ryona's found here:
However, I saw on AK1 that there was a patch for Mugen 1.1 and figured it would be better to build from a 1.1 Mugen with that patched for best results. Anyone give tips? Or am I washed
Cheers

Hi, I saw your comment, but when I tried to access the link you provided, I couldn't because I need to be registered. It only allows me to view some images through the link you shared here in the forum.
Among the images I could see was a character I created years ago that works in TQH 0 (ChunLi, it can work in any MUGEN version with some minor adjustments that anyone can make).

If your question is about whether you should use an Android version, running on a tablet/phone, or a Microsoft device, the "Surface" (which I assume runs a version of Windows), then I would choose the Surface, unless support for Windows 10 ends in a few days. But even then, I would still choose the Surface.
In short... use the Surface, build your MUGEN game using MUGEN 1.1; that's what I would do.
Sure, Ikemen might be "better" in some aspects, but if you're willing to troubleshoot any compatibility issues with the characters, then it's a good option for learning and expanding your skills.

Don't worry, I'm using as my main computer an HP Elite 8300 CPU that had an Intel Core i3-3220 processor, but I upgraded the processor to an Intel Core i7-3770 with a maximum of 32 GB RAM and a Kingston SDD, I have no complaints about the computer, it's powerful enough for everything I need and it has the Windows 10 operating system, but we'll see what happens on October 15th... I have another CPU, a "more current" HP mini 400 g9 with a 12th generation i5.
