Reimu Hakurei and Youmu Konpaku

I saw some videos before that involved Youmu and Reimu from Touhou. However, I'm not able to find them anywhere on this site, nor through Google searches. Is anyone aware of where I can get these characters? Are there other sites like this one that I should be looking through?
