Can confirm I tried it and it brought me to the site with no apparent issues. Unfortunately as was said earlier, you can't download anything hosted on the site though, as you can't complete the captcha.

Yes, if they're hosted on another site like mediafire or gdrive, the links work fine and you can download them.

If anybody would rather not clink the link posted earlier, I can check on any chars people want and I can see if there's a download link still up for them!

As a follow up for the Link's authenticity - the IP address appears to be using a Digital ocean cloud server based in New Jersey: https://tools.keycdn.com/geo?host=192.241.152.13 - presuming that the site uses cloudflare, it's safe to assume that this is the host of the site.
