Hey I was looking and I found among my chars 3 versions of it.
they are:

milkymai3
milkmaid
milkymai_ex

and watching the video the most identical, not to say that it is exactly the one in the video.
it's milkymai_ex.
made by a certain "link"

That mai is a work created by big apple, later it was taken by link, as far as I knew it had no compatibilities, but I don't think the author is a link for those compatibilities, I suppose he was the one who edited it later.

That mai at the time was quite a "scandal" but one of the nice ones, the intro it had where she takes her "breast milk" into her glass and drinks it was one of the best ideas I've seen implemented.
