QoF 2019 Language issue

Hello.
I just downloaded the 2019 version of QOF. It was in Spanish and the "watch" mode is unavailable. I tried to change the title of the menu icons on the system .def file but it seems to bugged. Now there are no selection of modes and i went straight to the demo. Is there anything i can do to change the language or at least make"Watch" mode available?

Changing the Language from Spanish is not possible without having to go through many steps to do so.

If you want the CPU / AI to fight another CPU / AI ( CPU vs CPU) You can simple press:

• Ctrl + 1 [ Change Player 1 to CPU / Change CPU to Player 1 ]
• Ctrl + 2 [ Change Player 2 to CPU / Change CPU to Player 2 ]

Keep in mind, that some characters have a terrible coding system that prevents the AI from switching to player. Meaning, you don't have control over the character even though you can make them jump
