The version of Brian you are using may be out of date.
If you use the new version, the same operation will result in a Full Nelson attack.

If the victim character has no Full Nelson sprites, Brian will instead grab the victim one hand and use her cowgirl pose sprites like the first picture. If the victim has both, Brian will use Full Nelson animation, I'm not sure if there's a way to toggle between the two poses.
