How do I begin sex?

Title says it.
Installed these two characters

And I can't really seem to figure out how to begin the hentai/sex animations.
They both came with a file called howtosexyko.txt which came with some instructions that I (think) I followed correctly, but I'm not sure since it didn't seem to make a difference.
Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.

I have Futa Yoko, this character was created by: mugenfutachar maker, if you go to the file (.cmd) and open it with the Windows BlogNotes tool, you will be able to see a set of Uppercase & Lowercase letters, which are those letters that make up the language command, similar to a Game Mortal Kombat 4 tutorial, example the Letter (F) is Front, the letter (B) is for back, the other letters like (a,b,c) & (x,y,z) are the fists and paws buttons that the character makes in said mugen, so if you execute an erotic attack using Yoko Futanari, it would be the following command = ( ~B, F, + b ) for an erotic attack.

I think I understand. I've gotta perform certain attacks, and you're trying to show me where I can find the correct inputs.
What is Windows BlogNotes tool though? Doesn't seem to be included by default, nor can I find it online.
Also, does the txt file I mentioned in my original post hold any significance?

Hey I had a similar problem with the character Futa Lady Bow, (https://hentaicharmugen.com/chars/827/futa-lady-bow) I dont know how to do the special moves on the movelist, I tried and tried and it still wont work.
