As far as i know. If changing the command for the move doesn't work, Or changing the State -1 in the CMD doesn't work.
Then the problem might have something to do with either the .CNS file the move is programed in.
Or the enemy doesn't have the right animation to trigger the move.

Please share more information so that any good Samaritan can understand his problem almost perfectly, by this I mean the following:
1) Character name as it comes in the folder and in the def extension file
2) Also include the reference from where you downloaded the char.
3) Any other information you consider relevant (char screenshot, data, etc.)
They are suggestions, somewhat basic, so we will all be on the same line and be able to help without problems or with other versions that you may not have and their operation is different.
