If you ask where they got the audio and other materials to create this character, they'll probably keep quiet. It's the same in other creative communities as well.

Have created a VM to download this myself just to see what this was like, I can at least say that it does contain a Mugen with many characters. It is not over 1000 as to be expected, but seems to be about 717 characters or so? Still quite a lot. But as many of you mentioned, this definitely feels more like a collection of other's characters rather than ones made by themselves. I can say there are quite a few I have not seen before on websites like this or other semi-popular places for chars(don't care as much about stages). At the end of the day this truly just feels like you are paying for a collection of characters and not much more. It is also kinda bizarre that you need to download "patches" in order to get everything downloaded successfully. I do not know much about stuff like this, I imagine it was for potential storage reasons but it is whatever.
Glad that this was leaked at the end, there was no way a payment would be made for something like this. If I were to pay for anything mugen related, it is to have my own character be made instead of paying for ones I could just find online. I cannot believe my own little curiosity has lead to a thread like this and even the leak of this whole scam LOL but I am glad it was gotten to the bottom of. You all keep being awesome at what you do, porn or otherwise haha
