I was trying to use this character https://hentaicharmugen.com/chars/853/bara-blackheart but for some reason two of the moves do not work. The moves are the back+start and down+start. The forward+start move works but I'm not sure why the other two do not. I'm not sure how to fix this and would appreciate any help.
Edit: I figured out how to do the back+start one, you just gotta use a special first but not sure how to do the down+start one still
