Out of curiosity,I checked cloudflare the usage policies and it says nothing about not using it to host adult content.
NameCheap, It does state that it can't be used for adult content, but it was used to buy the address.
AWS also doesn't indicate that it can be used for adult content, which is another interesting alternative, but I didn't check it thoroughly.
What UmbreonLover shared helps you decide if you want to create your own website, using PHP and all that stuff. I suppose it's easier now, just a control panel where you click a button and it has this and that. Years and years ago, you absolutely had to know code, but now it's easier...

Tetchi you were the goat and helped me quite a few times on here thank you! I hope we cross paths in the Mugen community again!Tetchi wrote: ↑Thu Apr 09, 2026 1:00 am Oh, this is really bad news, really bad... I'm truly sorry to have to close this space where the conversations and related topics were so interesting.
At least there's time for goodbyes, and I also want to thank everyone I had the opportunity to meet and interact with. Your personalities and ideas are wonderful. If we happen to cross paths again somewhere else on the internet, please don't hesitate to say hello or send me a message. I'll be happy to reply.
btw is your pfp from a visual novel? It looked familiar, but I never quite put my finger on it.

It'll be sad losing all the resources in this forum and years of information

Thank you, I would have liked to be able to help more effectively with the questions I could answer. I appreciate the good vibes and I also hope to find you somewhere else in MUGEN.

Any ideas? Creating a website/forum... but what about the money to start?
It sounds interesting, but does anyone want to or have the capacity to even begin this new adventure? Accommodation wouldn't be the problem; I think the money would be, at least initially. It'll be chaotic while we're starting out (like everything), but I suppose it won't be so bad afterward.
If you have a firm proposal, let me know, and if it's feasible, you can count on my Mexican pesos.

Hi if you are willing to share the files for the site i can potentially bring it back myself, i do not mean the character files i mean the files that make the site what it is. It sucks losing a site with such a good layout, please pm me if you are interested in sharing the files required for the site.

Creating a website is 100% free to do, and can be done under a text file if you have strong knowledge how everything works.
Hosting and registering is the only "paying" thing, even though you can create a self hosted site, skipping the hosting area, if you have strong
knowledge of securities and patches.
Its not hard to maintain a site, especially less "updating it". The issue is the ignoring:Tetchi wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2026 5:50 pm It sounds interesting, but does anyone want to or have the capacity to even begin this new adventure?

That's so sad! This has been the best website for Hentai Mugen stuff; for me at least.
I hate to see it go like this, but I guess people have lost interest in Mugen.

You're right, building a website isn't very complicated, especially now with the tools available. The problem is maintenance, so to speak.UmbreonLover wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2026 11:55 pm Creating a website is 100% free to do, and can be done under a text file if you have strong knowledge how everything works.

And here lies the big issue: the first two points are where problems can arise. It would require a real focus on monitoring to prevent either of those two issues from occurring.UmbreonLover wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2026 11:55 pm Its not hard to maintain a site, especially less "updating it". But with good organization among those who could make the podium, that can be resolved and kept off the radar.
Well, my beloved Mexican currency pales in comparison to the mighty US Dollar, but it's all for the cause, so we make the effort to contribute.UmbreonLover wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2026 11:55 pm Well... for US dollar is cheap, but Mexican pesos is expensive.
