Anyways, since it would be kinda pointless to a gif of the animations (my edits are almost 100% code), I'm just gonna describe what I've changed. Pretty much, two major changes.

1. Sex attacks only work on downed opponents, this way they don't totally dominate the moveset. While they do cost meter, using/landing supers give you some meter back, but that meter can only be used for sex attacks. Also sex attacks can no longer be done forever. Knockdowns are somewhat more frequent and quick stand is removed.

2. Controls are easier and use the simplest inputs I can give them. I've got like 15 hours or so on HFTF and I've never really liked stressing out over doing the right inputs for a special or trying to get 2f links just to do a combo with more than 3 attacks. I don't know how controversial of a change this will be but hopefully it's received mostly well.

Welcome to the life of mugen, where anything goes, messy code, stupid code, and lots of trolling characters. After all, there's no right or wrong way on doing a certain character in mugen, because its free and open source (Anything goes)

I used to use Mugenarchive but the 18+ there went downhill years ago....

mugen archive is just a waste land because they nuke it pretend demencia when someone of the mods actually cared and refused to reupload and now paywalled everyone works for no reasons at all

mugen anderson is just corrupted and is gonna be gone anytime or just dont expected latest work updated thanks to the corruption of the place

It's been a while since I've been here. Been very busy lately.

It's so sad to hear that it's getting shut down. I love the HCM site, the way it's setup, and all the characters and stages are so organized.

Might I make a few suggestions though?

Creating a simple Discord server is free to do and upkeep. You can name it HCM Discord if you want. Linking to external websites in Discord is also allowed, so we can share characters from here and also back them up to a free mega hosting site. On Discord, it's possible to keep characters organized and stuff too, just like on here.

If someone wants to create one, then I'll surely join.

I don't use or know Discord (and I don't consider that an excuse; the internet provides information, or chat rooms), but is that place "open to" pornography? Because assuming that no such content is posted there, links to pornography are considered "against the rules." Now, if it's a "private" group, anyone in it can report it if they get angry or have any "emotional imbalance," and we come back to the first lines of this paragraph: it's prohibited content, and well, goodbye to the group. But if Discord allows pornography in any context, it would be the most viable option.

Plenty of pornography focused discords exist like the ones of Illusion games, COM3D2. The are restrictions though that might affect Mugen specific content that could hurt its chances of operating how you want. No animal content, Loli/sho content and file sizes you can share are pretty small. Might work fine just to keep the community together, but not really for sharing files. Not to the same extent that a website that has them all listed and categorized at least.

The best solution is still a website (referring to everything that entails: hosting, domain registration, etc.). I would be willing to embark on this adventure, but frankly, I'd like two or three more people to take the plunge so we can share everything, including any problems that might arise. Because even though everything is legal in the pornography industry, there can always be issues.

Man is so sad the site is closing, i could help by making a backup discord for files like Bewa's, but i don't know a lot about discord honestly, a website sounds like the best option, i could help by modding and i could contribute, but my business is going bad, really really bad, and i don't have enough income sadly, at most 16 bucks a week... i'm feeling impotent with all of this, even if i don't edit myself, and ak1 is good, but not the best and not focused on the 18+ section, a website sounds like a plan, but the money for the servers is a problem if there's no contributors.

ALTHOUGH. F95Zone can help, even if they don't focus on mugen, most users are devs, and the mods are comprehensive, we could get info about the site management even if there's no contributions, F95Z has been there since 2016 and pretty stable as an adult content site, although they are planning on a huge change to the website since 2021 and they haven't moved a finger on that, or at least haven't made it public-
