Error with Nine

I installed Nine the Phantom for my character roster, but I keep getting this error. Can anyone help?

Nine Only works with Mugen1.1b.

and if you have many chars in your roster (select screen) if might crash

Open the data folder, open mugen.cfg with notepad.
Then in the [Video] section change the renderer mode to the following: RenderMode = OpenGLScreen
