Don't worry I'm just trying to help and according to what you've been looking at that "mikisa" belongs to a mugen called "kof S.P.L".
i have tried to get that mugen to get the mikisa you are looking for but for some reason the creator released the mugen only with one character "athena" also according to what I read and they have told me is that I thought to release it with all the chars including that "mikisa" you are looking for.
But that was in 2018 and so far in 2022 has not released the mugen kof S.P.L with all the chars including of course mikisa.
but I will keep looking because it seems impossible to me to believe that any character of kof like that mikisa is not in some corner of the web, I will give with her.
