What an terrible time to begin making edits. I've been working on making "balanced" versions of some aggressors to make H-mugen more playable as a game. They may never get as much exposure as I'd like them to get with this site shutting down. I might release the first one early, right now all it's missing are a few poses and some improvements to the AI.
Anyways, would like to thank all of you guys for making all these edits over the years.

I can help with everything. Being online since 1996 has unintentionally given me a wealth of knowledge, so creating a forum and website would be interesting.
But starting it alone is definitely not an option. I can contribute money and expertise, but I would need more founding partners to embark on this adventure.
If you'd like, share a screenshot of what you're doing on your next visit. It doesn't necessarily have to be running in MUGEN; images of the sprites or something similar would be interesting. No one is stopping you from creating a thread and posting your edit work. Yes, it can do that. I think it works like a file uploader where anyone can download files... but with HCM's visual and informative style.
The problem is that in the short or long term, it could be counterproductive because it would generate a lot of bandwidth, and you also need constant monitoring of the content of the files users upload—I mean opening them, analyzing them, and checking that they aren't prohibited material. With an upload service "without continuous supervision," users tend to abuse the system. Not all of them, but if even one does, problems—and real problems—will arise.
