ddlnll will need more information about your problem, especially when it happens and what palette you are using. You can also provide a video if explaining the issues isn't easy for you. That way, ddlnll can easily diagnosis the black screen of death

I downloaded the character but no matter where i put the character or where i run the mugen.exe it always gives me a cmd, this is the log:

The readme does offer a link to a version of this character without the plug in but the file requires a password to download so i can't really try that other version of the minotaur to see if the plugin is the issue or not

I note, from the error that MUGEN throws, that they are files, which are sent to "call" but do not exist:
mll
mll.dll
loadall.dll
minotaur_1.dll
Remove that line that requests that file, in the DEF extension file.
Also verify that other files have been declared and that are not there, so that it removes that request line.

The Error is mainly cost of a script that Lua is exploiting mugen

It keeps crashing the game when trying to play him.I followed the no plugin version on the readme file but it asks for password.

It appears the elua file is misconfigured. Tetchi's recommendation doesn't work (or doesn't make sense, the def file doesn't make the calls he mentions, and editing the elua doesn't appear to fix the issue either).

Apparently and analyzing a little less superficially, I deduce that an alternate version of MUGEN is being used (the name goes away but it is the one that even includes a point counter and other amenities).
