Are there any other hubs for H Mugen characters?

I primarily have only really searched H Mugen and the Mugen Archive +18 section, but when you sort by date there is only 1 character on Mugen Archive in the last like 5 years. Is there anywhere else I can look for more characters?

Private discord servers that share H mugen content exist too as far as I've heard, but since they're private I have no idea how to get access to them.
