Commissions for Edit?

Hey, I was wondering if there was anyone who's skilled at character editing or can point me in the direction of someone who is? Specifically, I'd want to comission a version of Jon Talbain that's similar in functionality and compatibility to the more recent versions of Minotaur. (I.E. Ahegao state, impregnation, and compatible with most victims)
