Maybe my answer is the least useful, but in my case I do not use "server" services or say boards to upload files and comment (as part of the service) but you can have your own board and also your own free hosting service and without restrictions where you are the administrator and therefore control everything (https://fc2.com/) but if you like to interact with users, the services you name seem to be adequate except for the topics each one deals with.
