Tried going to the site and saw this. Is this a regular occurrence I just hadn't seen before or is this it?

I don't think so, sometimes the file hosting service "goes down" and displays pre-designed messages.
Although there is a possibility that the hosting of the site may be restricted or some other situation that we are unaware of.
The YouTube channel is still running and its last video was a month ago.
