How to upload character?

How can I upload characters to this site? This character is not mine but just some random edit shared on the internet.

Why do you want to do that?
I mean if you want to share some content from another user there is no point in uploading it there, use a service like
http://gofile.io and that's it.
Now if it is a job that you did 101%, then in addition to asking, contact the administrator or a moderator of the forum to give you instructions, yes it's that easy.

most likely the admin have uploaded it manually without having an account attach to it.
