I believe there lots of characters which that can do "Cum inflation" (I jus don't remember which ones) but If we are talking about classic simple inflation, there is actually 2 Mortal Kombat chars which reference such type of content quite a lot, "Slime" and "Nami Muhiko," just take in mind that because they are MK type characters, there might end up being lots of blood.
