may I or someone for me ,upload a char that it took kinda too much to find and would like to keep it safe?

you'll have to make an account there and , get 18+ acces and then ensure its not already posted there.
Pretty much the last valid place.
In theory if you were editing (improving) the character you could get a creator account and post it here on HCM , but, to my knowledge that pipeline is currently broken.
Out of curiosity who's the character ?
