ムゲンエロ or Mugen Rape, has never, nor will he probably ever release or share his characters. So unfortunately this Lilica is not available.

thats strange seems it once was a public character back before the purge on this old forum in 2015 based on the discussions if anyone has old version would greatly be appreciated
