Is it anywhere else? that site has too many annoying hoops to jump through to bother with. Also do you know where I could find Iori XIII? I saw a video of him as an aggressor but I can't find the character

What might be obstacles for some is security for them; I'm neither for nor against it, I just see that they're protecting their investment in server costs by only using a few authentication parameters to ensure the files are always available. That sounds fair.
And yes, the file is there.

For me the fact that there has to be an interview with a mod is what makes it excessive, I prefer automated processes, since you're a mod here. What are the rules for uploading in the characters section? Could we just upload their backlog?

There are several points to consider when sharing content, but nothing extraordinary in a forum. Here are a few points to keep in mind:
a) If it's just for sharing.
b) Share it through the site.

I have removed the link but left the site of andersonkenya1 due to "must have account" to download the character's

I'm confused does the admin of a site have say over links to characters that the admin didn't make?
