We spent several years maintaining this site, during which we grew, faced various challenges, had fun, and hosted several projects by talented authors, always with the goal of keeping it active and non-profit.
But with the decline in site activity, authors, and visits, and after several signs that indicated it was the end, such as the blocking of our Ko-fi and Buy Me Coffee accounts, as well as personal challenges and problems, we have finally decided to close the site and end this project called HCM Hentai Char Mugen.
hentaicharmugen.com and the hentaicharmugen-forum.com forum will close their access on May 29th of this year.
Thank you for all these years, during which, since 2018, we've enjoyed witnessing the evolution of Mugen Hentai: new characters, new stages, new moves, and above all, new authors who brought interesting ideas that paved the way for the community.
I want to especially thank HIPEROVARTS and Viket. They were our first contacts in introducing this site to the community, but also thank you to everyone who decided to request an account and become part of the group of authors who brought HCM to life.
We regret ending this so abruptly, but it is a difficult decision that has already been made.
To all our currently registered authors, we ask that you do not delete your characters or stages, but rather allow everyone to save your creations until the website is shut down.
It is not necessary to delete or request the deletion of your accounts. All accounts, characters, stages, images, files, passwords, and registered emails will be inaccessible after May 29th, so if you wish to back up your creations, please do so before that date.
Thanks again for all these years of depraved and fun creations, quirky characters, and interesting stages.
With love, AJ and the rest of the small but valuable HCM team.

Oh, this is really bad news, really bad... I'm truly sorry to have to close this space where the conversations and related topics were so interesting.
At least there's time for goodbyes, and I also want to thank everyone I had the opportunity to meet and interact with. Your personalities and ideas are wonderful. If we happen to cross paths again somewhere else on the internet, please don't hesitate to say hello or send me a message. I'll be happy to reply.

" But with the decline in site activity, authors, and visits, "
Woudn't be a thing if you allowed new creators to get a posting account, going afk for the 3 last years definitly asphixiated this website.
"such as the blocking of our Ko-fi and Buy Me Coffee accounts" didn't know those were active , shouldn't be due to previously mentionned absence , but it is what it is .
Still, thank you for being my introduction to the hobby and holding those characters for so long, Time to make some saves. See ya all on the other platforms.

neglect the site people asking for make it easier for people make new accounts and people upload they stuff
*does nothing for years*
*it finally logs*
announces now the site dies
instead of give up is possible keep fighting the censorship just make a suscriber star or found alternatives but this sounds more like a miracle for being able to run away but i dont blame it, with the neglect was more than enough as a evidence the site was gonna die

the last you could do is give information what you use to do the sites both of them, that way people could try themselves make they own

Well, if we want to save the site (website/forum), I suppose those of us responding to this post could each contribute $2 or more for the server. Searching online, prices range from $4.00 to $18.00 USD per month for adult content, but our administrator could tell us the necessary amount, if that's the case. Ultimately, it depends on him whether he wants to keep the site running. With the help of those who responded to this message, we would have almost 1 month and 20 days—if you want to think of it that way—to save the site for a while and look for viable alternatives during that purchased lifespan to keep it running.
And no, no, don't just keep uploading "edited" content. That doesn't work in the long run, or even in the short run. While it might attract "visits," it seems more like a cheaper version of MEGA. Real, functional solutions involve truly sharing what you know or enjoy doing with others. Stop saying "I don't share, it's private." If you know how to edit, share how you do it. If you know how to code, give a working introduction and examples of how it's done, etc. Create content that helps others learn and interact, and that will encourage them to share their own creations in the near future.

The point isn't how cheap it is, it's that the hosting service allows adult content, the bandwidth is adequate, you also have to keep in mind that you have to add the cost of the address (sometimes the same provider offers that service) and well I think that's all to have a site, then there's the website/forum itself but for the price they should give you those and other tools.
