Hentai Char Mugen Forum

How do I create a topic in that sub forum? I think it'd be very convenient is I could create a thread for each character, so feedback can be focused and more easily accessed.

You need the approval of hcm_aj or any admin, but I believe hcm_aj simply moves any characters
thread that is completely, or partially completely into that sub-forum

So I just need to make a few threads for my characters, and when they're seen, moved to that section to prevent "spam" ?

From my understanding, yes, as long as you meet the standard requirement. After all, Mod, and Admin has the power to move thread around the forum

you can also send them a direct message to any moderator & administrator or message them on Twitter (PM), but I can't promise anything how fast or slow they respond to the message.

you need an account for upload stuff on hcm and contact hcm directly

on the forum is easy you only put the link of the char and done
