I am looking for this Hinako in this video. Does any one have it. in the video it is name CCI Hinako.

I was wondering is it one of the Gettag edits. Because i found CCI kula in the Gettag folder.

Yeah, probably done by Bison Shadaloo, considering the video.
Either that, or it's on MugenArchive hidden behind the 18+ audit. Were you interested in this character in general or because of her compatability with Psycho Raper Vega?
