Where can i upload a mugen hentai video here. can you tell me how.

You must upload it to some platform like:
https://video.laxd.com (I recommend it, I use that platform for hentai video content, check out my channel)
https://video.fc2.com/a
youtube.com
daylimotion.com
pornhub.com
xvideo.com
And then link the video to the message you write in the forum.
But if what you wanted was to upload a video to this place, there is no way, it is not a server / service to host multimedia content.

You will get ban from youtube if you upload porn video while pornhub used to be the best place to upload; now, you must
verify your identity before uploading anything lol
