can someone please remake or update the Amy char I've tried to ad her but it never worked i think its because she's outdated or the files are messed up if some someone could remake or fix it ill very happy

The one in HCM is outdated, but you wished to have the latest version; you will need to support PixelPheromones

The character seem to work just fine in my end.
Have you tried to rename the folder, or tried it in 1.1+?

it keeps saying something is wrong with the .sff file

I believe you are using Mugen 1.0, because Mugen 1.1 doesn't give any error code about .sff.
Try using Mugen 1.1 which is better than 1.0

Would be nice to see this character get a rework like Zeta did. Amy does have plenty of sprites from the game she comes from that she could work with just those.
