I noticed in the character page for Chun-li that there was a gif of Roxy doing her doggystyle move while the words "Meanwhile" were in the top left:

Is this a cutscene that Roxy can do? I downloaded both characters but I couldn't get it to work. Here are the URLs I used:

Looking at the sprites, theres not a single sprite with that text, and judging by the scenario that gif seems to be from a video or something smilar.

Are you serious? That's text added to a video from the uploader.

Just add the text into the aggressor sprites for Roxy yourself in Fighter Factory.
