QoF Client issues/crashing.

Starting the Queen of Fighter.exe from the QoF Redux download which has over 100 characters, i get this error



Also when i try to pick a character, and start the game scene or fight , the client crashes. I dont understand?

Need Technical help! This is for the 2011 Version of the game, since the 2019 is all in Spanish.

This is what the main Queen of Fighter Redux folder looks like, this is for 2011 version not 2019 Spanish version, Also it crashes when it loads into stage and says good luck, with random characters.
