The point is that specific characters do not have animations/sprites that are compatible with the ones that Goblin Party requests. The changes need to be done on the Victim's side. If you're directly controlling the Goblin Party, you can disable the specific animations manually for the rest of the fight.
From what I've been able to find the following is an example air for blowjob (one animation I know there are a lot of issues):
So, the victim must have animations sprite group 16007, with sprites marked as 0, 1, and 2.
Quickly checking, a lot of characters only have sprites 0 and 1. So you have two choices:
1) Modify Victim with an additional sprite
* You can clone one of the sprites in the group and set it to 2.
* You can slightly modify the sprite and move character's head even further right and set that to 2.
2) Modify Goblin Party's animations (1154236, 1154237, 1154238, 1154239, 1154240) to not use 2nd sprite in the group, by changing the number to 0 or 1. Your choice.
