Hey, I've been trying to install that Jackie victim but nothing I do works can anyone help?

Hello, folder name doesnt match with .def name and the character has no portrait, this means, it would not show up in selection screen but it will still be selectable.

I've also had some problems with other characters, namely the new delphox, the gardevoir, and sf lopunny any Idea what I could do for those?

I have checked the character you said.
If you add them in a simple way (just copy and paste their name directly into select.def), it will fail. This is a problem with the character folder structure.

It's recommended that you search, download and use "Vselect".
It will make the process of adding a character a lot easier.
If they still don't show up, you may have to describe the situation in more detail.

that char gave me that problem too
i had to solve it with fighter factory, I put the cropped image in the group 9000 index 0 and 1
and I saved it and got that char to have an image.
it sounds difficult but it's not.

How do I use Vselect? is that an app?

V select worked the first time I used it but not anymore the chars just don't show up.
