What Aggressors can activate the second phase of a victim?

I'm trying to find out which aggressors can activate the second phase of a victim. So far I only know of Brian JMax. Who else can?
in the mugenryona loader they have launched an aggressor and a victim that use the animations of bryan & bao, for example the fullNelson pose in sprites 17240, go to a second stage of sprites 17242 & 17243 when the life bar reaches 0%, try test that new aggressor using g-bit's svc chunli, i'll provide the links below
