Anyone who knows how to make aggressors can make something for me?

I've found some KOF XIII sprites from mugenspriteslover, Aggressor Sprites.

They're already done, anyone who knows how to code aggressors can make them info a char? I believe it's just a question of coding them.

can I see them?
