that user is never going to make his edits public.
It's not worth it dude, the only thing you have left is:
make that victim yourself, or ask someone to do it for you "hoping that someone will be charitable and do the work for free"
"or what seems to be in quite a demand nowadays is to pay for someone to make you an edition like that"
but to get that edition for free, I think it's very impossible.
