Help For Mugen 1.1 into Exagear

hello guys, i have a problem with mugen 1.1.

The problem is the following.

I play it with my smartphone thanks to the Exagear emulator I used to play mugen 1.0 and it worked great . but there are some chars that require mugen 1.1b

when i download mugen 1.1 it doesn't work.
it stays in the start menu all the time. no key works.

Can someone tell me what's going on?
