Actual site question

So, everytime i try to enter the actual HCM site, i get stopped by the "you must be at least 18 years older to access" and the loading button never really loads. Suggestions?

Possibly your system or another situation causes the following to not be displayed, but the function does work, just click on loading to access the site.
