I made Yoriko Yasuzumi compatible with Minotaur

this is Yoriko Yasuzumi I found her by a Chinese made version of MUGEN but she is incompatible with the Minotaur.
But now:
I just bought a laptop on February 15, 2024 , and I learn by myself. How to make her compatible with minotaur.
