Beware This Animal's Versatile Cezary Not Working?

I tried seeing about getting the top moves for Cezary to work (the mating press) but none of the moves seemed to work even with full power? I might be doing something wrong personally but even in different gamemodes it wouldn't work. Anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it? I thought it may've been my earlier model of Cezary but I deleted it and it still just doesn't work.

did you use the hcm download link or the mediafire link? cause for some reason only the mediafire link is updated. the moves should be light + heavy kick for normal and light kick for super.

Thank you so much for the help! I had downloaded the HCM one, after seeing this I went for the mediafire download, messed with some files, and it works just fine now!
