neco arc chaos broken?

I saw that Neco arc chaos updated with new aggressor animations on twitter so I tried it but couldn't get it to work. is it broken or something? I kept getting an error message when it tries to load Chaosmaru.cns and so I tried to re download it but now it won't download with the new code any more.

update. i got the ak1mugen version to work but now its missing its aggressor mating press???

When having loading errors its good to give context like engine versions

No idea what you meant by ' it wont work with the new code' , again provide better context.
