Anyone know how to edit an aggressor spawner to on top of a submissive character?

My idea is that the attacks of this character here: https://www.andersonkenya1.net/files/fi ... doggy-stl/ get edited to ontop of a fuckbag character. I have a character in-mind, but that's not really important. The only importance that's it's preferably a pokemon related sub character. Bonus want of adding an attack delay (?).
