Alright so, this is the files that we're dealing with for this character. There's not that many, but this character seems to be a doozy in any case to try and work with lol.



Like I said, I found this character on an archived site from a deep, dark place on the internet in another land. XD It seems to work okay out of the box, it just has this one problem with the AI immediately taking control for some reason.

Wow, that encoding is a mess, but it's "ordered" among the possible scenarios.

You changed the number 1 to the number 0, and that should perhaps make a change in the AI. Try that first, and if it works, you shouldn't do anything afterward.

Perhaps because you open the file with the ISO encoding, which is what non-Japanese speakers use (remember, it's encoded in a different format for Japanese), notepad, or any word processor, operating system, or other system that displays text, so opening it with our ISO will corrupt the file. Perhaps you should open it in the ISO for that language, and then it will even show you the "scribbles" because the system doesn't recognize them in the ISO.
